If we ever wished we were born with a user's manual, this is it! The Bhagavad Gita is a handbook for bringing quality and success to our lives while coming closer to our essential nature as the higher Self. The Gita is not a religious text. Its principles are universal, scientific and spiritual in nature and can support any religious path or faith.
The Gita consists of 18 philosophical chapters which thoroughly delve into concepts such as daily living, action, challenging and stressful situations and decisions, love, positive and negative emotions, knowledge, the mind and ego, memory, the universe, and self-realization.
